2. About our merchandise
LSBI sells liquidation inventory — overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, and closeout merchandise — sourced from major US retailers. Conditions vary by lot and are described on each product page. Liquidation goods are sold AS-IS; customers are responsible for reviewing condition and manifest details before purchase.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Inventory is limited and offers are first-come, first-served. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and correct pricing errors at any time before shipment.
4. Orders, payment, and shipping
Payment is processed through Shopify and accepted payment providers at checkout. Shipping costs, lead times, and freight options are quoted at checkout or in a separate written quote for pallets and truckloads. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Returns and refunds
Because liquidation merchandise is sold AS-IS, individual-item returns are handled case-by-case and require advance authorization. Pallets and truckloads are non-returnable. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any shortage or damage during shipping.
6. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all merchandise is provided "AS-IS" with no express or implied warranties beyond any manufacturer warranty that may transfer with the goods. LSBI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
LSBI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or merchandise. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods at issue.
